The Knowledge Base is a library that serves as a support point for your boards, projects, and materials that need to be inserted for company use; in this area, for example, normative documents, social statutes, internal regulations, and more files that your workgroups and company need to access can be found.
These documents are divided into folders, where there are two separations by colors: yellow and green.
Yellow folders: Board / project and company folders;
- Board / project folders - Created by the owners of that board, in which members can create subfolders and insert documents;
- Company folders - Managed only by the portal administrators and members have only viewing
Green folders: These cannot be edited, as they are automatically created by the portal according to your workgroups. To access, do the following:
- Click on the “Knowledge Base” option in the Menu on the left side;
- Select the board you want to view;
- Then click on “Board / project folders”;
- Next, select the folder where the document is located;
- And finally, click on the document.
