How do I bulk download the documents in the knowledge base?

Now it is possible to download all documents that are within the Boards/Projects and Company Folders, including the materials that are within the Green Folders.

See below the screenshots indicating the process to be performed:

1. Click on the three dots located in the upper right corner of the screen;

2. When you click, select the “Download all” option;

3. Then you will receive the following message;

4. Access your email and click on the sent link, you will be directed to a screen, just select the “Download files” button.

Important:

• You can request mass download at all folder levels, remembering that the documents will come from the folder where the download was requested.
• It is not possible to drag folders from the knowledge base to other folders.
