The Knowledge Base is a library that serves as a support point for your boards, projects, and materials that need to be inserted for company use. In this area, you can find, for example, normative documents, social statutes, internal regulations, and more files that your workgroups and company need to access.
These documents are divided into folders, where there are two separations by colors: yellow and green.
- Yellow folders: These are the board and company folders;
- Board Folders: They are created by the owners of that board, in which members can create subfolders and insert documents;
- Company Folders: They are managed only by the portal administrators and members have only viewing.
- Green folders: These cannot be edited, as they are automatically created by the portal according to your workgroups.
