The knowledge base is like a library that serves as a point of support for boards, projects and materials that need to be included for the use of the company; in this area are, for example, normative documents, by-laws, internal regiments and other documents to which your work groups and companies need access.
These documents are divided into folders, where there are two color separations: yellow and green.
Yellow folders: are board or company folders:
The board folders are created by the owners of the collegiate, in which members can add new documents;
The company folders are public; They are generated and managed only by the portal administrators
Green folders: These cannot be edited, because they are created automatically by the portal according to its working groups.
Attention: It is not possible to drag knowledge base folders to other folders.
