In cases of unwanted documents or folders in the Knowledge Base, whether added by mistake or material that should no longer be there, we have the option to delete them, thus removing them from the library.
To delete a document or folder, simply follow the process below:
- Locate the file or folder you want to delete.
- Click on the three dots on the right side.
- Then select the “Move to Trash” option.
