Thinking about time optimization and bringing greater ease to Atlas users, we have the functionality to import a folder of documents from your computer all at once to the Knowledge Base, being organized in the same way as the folder was on your machine.
To perform this action, you must follow the steps below:
- Open the “Knowledge Base” and choose where you will upload the folder:
Company Folders: Public folder where all company users can view;
Board/project folders: Where only members of this specific group can interact with the content; - When opening the folder, click on the option in the upper corner:
- Select the “Folder” option and search on your computer for the compiled folder you want;
- After choosing the folder, confirm in the pop-up that will appear in your browser, and Atlas will bring all the documents from the folder. (If you want to delete any document, just click on the “X” that appears next to the file name);
- To finish, select the option: Confirm upload.
Done, your folder has already been inserted into Atlas! 😊
Attention: It is not possible to drag the folders from the knowledge base to other folders.
