Now the link to the documents you have inserted in the database can be shared with the users you wish.

To share the document, simply:
1. Click on the three dots that are next to the document, on the right side:
2. Click on the “Share” option:
3. The two options are:
- Share by email - You will select the users you want to share with and then they will receive the access link by email;
- Copy document link - you can copy this link and then share it with users by email, WhatsApp, or even in comments on agenda, voting, and action on the portal.
Attention: It is not possible to drag folders from the knowledge base to other folders.
