- Access the Knowledge Base via the menu on the left side
- Enter the board or project where you want to add documents
- Then click on "Board/Project Folders"
- Select the paste where you want to upload the document
- After that, you will have two options:
1.Click on "Add" which is located in the top center of the screen
2.Scroll the screen down and select the option "Click here to load the files or drag them here"
Note: In the Company Folders, which is a public folder for all users of the account, only administrators can add new pastes and append documents.
