The Knowledge Base is where the company’s more static documents are shared, such as historical records from previous years, normative documents, among others. To access it, do the following:
- Click on the “Knowledge Base” option in the left side menu;
- Select the Board/Project you wish to view.

On this screen, you will have some folders, which are:
- Board/Project Folders - You will find folders that were manually created in the portal. Usually, normative documents, historical records from past years, reports, among other documents are found here.
- Meeting Materials - You will find materials that were attached to meetings that occur on the portal, whether in the agenda, voting, or action of a meeting.
- Meeting Minutes - You will find all the published minutes of meetings that took place on the portal.
- Board/Project Actions - You will find all attachments that were inserted into an action of your board or project.
Important: The green folders are automatically created by the system, and there will be no editing and/or additions of new documents made directly by the user.
Important: When inserting a protected PDF with signatures, all signatures will be removed in the Portal view.
