I did not receive the Token (access code), what do I do?

The delay in delivering the token is usually due to the delay some operators may experience. In that case, you can do the following:

1º: Request the token again

2º: If you still do not receive it, request it by voice or by WhatsApp (options available below the space to enter the token).
