It's possible to customize the number of login attempts on the platform. Exceeding the attempts defined by the company can result in your user being blocked.
The blocking of a user on the platform occurs when the limit of password attempts defined by the company is exceeded, or the 2nd factor authentication (Token) fails at the time of login.
With the "Auto unblock" functionality in case your user is blocked, you can unblock yourself without depending on the administrators:
Here's how to do it:
- On the login page, click on "Are you blocked? Recover Account";
- Enter your email registered on the platform and click "confirm" for the unlock email to be sent;
- Check the inboxes, spam, and junk mail in your email;
- When accessing the link in the email sent, just inform the token received;
After this process, your user will be unlocked, but if you need to reset the password, just go to: www.atlasgov.com/forgot (Remembering that to change the password, your user must already be unlocked).
