In cases of blocking for other reasons, there are two ways to unblock a user:
How to unlock a user in Atlas, follow the steps below:
- Access "Inbox”;
- At the top of the screen you will find some filters, you can leave only the option "Accesses"; enabled, if you wish.
- Select the user and click on the "Unblock" button;
- Then click 'Approve'.
Important: Only administrators can do this process.
