I can't do my first access, what to do?

So that your first access can be done, the first step we have to follow is the registration, where we will fill in the fields with our information that are requested for the creation of our user.

• Important: To ensure successful registration, pay attention to the following details:
  • Verify the characters that your e-mail address compose:
    • It is recommended to manually enter the email, as copying and pasting with CTRL + C / CTRL + V may introduce formatting that is not part of the email.
  • Token Request via Email:
    • When inserting the token received via email, if you wait a while and it has not been sent yet, click 'Back', and ensure that the email address matches yours.
  • Enter the password in the two displayed fields exactly the same way:
    • In the password definition step, you must enter your password that you will use to access the two requested fields, typing the same password in the two requested fields.
  • Select your country's IDD from the flag icon:
    • Click on the flag and select the one corresponding to your country, so that the registration inserts before your number, the IDD, corresponding to the country where your mobile number resides.
  • Request the token through the offered options:
    • To ensure receipt of the token, use the other options in blue, such as:
      • Send by voice
      • Send by WhatsApp
    • The token can be sent to you through other modes and platforms, varying the ways in which they can reach us.
