The meeting has four different statuses:
-
Agenda definition - The first status of the meeting, appears as soon as the owner finishes creating it. In this status, the owner will be able to create, edit and delete agenda items and upload material. During this status, participants will only receive the invite and will not be notified of any action, except updating the invite data or creating a vote or action in the meeting.
-
Ready - This status starts when you click on "Call Attendees" (on the right side), which everyone receives a notification on e-mail. During this status you can upload or create the minutes.
- Meeting Held- the status transition when the meeting date becomes past, informing participants that that appointment has already been made. This status starts at 00:00 after the day of the meeting and just like the previous one, at this stage it is possible to add and/or delete agenda material, and it is at this stage that most companies publish the minutes, leaving them available for viewing by participants and also requesting an electronic or digital signature of the minutes.
- Published minutes -This status starts when you click on "Close meeting" (on the right side), which prevents any editing of the meeting, unless the owner reopens the event.
