The "Resend invitation" functionality for the attendees optimizes the invite search path for the attendee, if you have received it for a long time or for reasons of specific blocks in your email, you have not received the first invite, also helping us to remind users of the upcoming meeting!
To resend the invitation to attendees, simply follow the process below:
- Access the meeting in which you want to resend the attendees' invitations;
- Click on the icon next to the "Attendees" field;
- In the lower right corner of the screen that opened, click on "Resend Invitation";
- Select the users you want to resend the invitation and then "Confirm";
- Click "Confirm" again.
Done, a new invitation has been sent to users!
