How to access to the meeting material via announcement?

You can access the announcement in two ways:

• Click on the link you received in the call email, access the Board of that meeting, or on the right side under Announcements, clicking on the Call attendees you want to view;
• On the call screen, click on Bluebook in the top right corner, and you will then access all the meeting material. (Click here to find out how to download Bluebook)
• If you wish, you can also return to the meeting and view agenda by agenda.
