One of the most common ways to use the "Voting" feature in Atlas is to approve minutes. Below, you can check the process: How to approve a Minute?
The step-by-step process to create a vote is as follows:
- Access the meeting where you want to create a vote;
- Click "+" under "Voting" (just below the agenda items);

Choose the type of vote:
- Approval: It has ready-made options like yes, no, and abstain.
- Custom: The voting options are created by the owner responsible for creating the vote.
- Select the voting members;
- Choose whether the votes will be open or secret and whether or not to notify the participants;

NEW: In the voting settings, you can choose to enable or disable the availability of the vote for voters, allowing you to control when the voting will be accessible.
- Click "OK" and set the title of the vote;
- Set the voting deadline and finish.
Important:
- Only the meeting owner can create a vote.
- Upon finalizing a vote in a meeting, any owner can reopen it.

If you have disabled the "Voting available" option, click on "Voting view" to enable the voting again.
