- Go to the meeting for which you want to call the attendees;
- Click on "Call Attendees";
- And then click on "Confirm".
The call is the second status of the meeting and must be made when the agenda is defined. When attendees are called, an email is sent informing that the meeting material is ready to be downloaded. In addition, the invitation sent upon creating the meeting will be updated according with the combined duration of the agenda items.
