The option to import folders into the meeting agenda makes it much easier to add a large number of files to a single meeting topic:
- So to carry out this import we must:
- Go to the agenda field and click on: "Import folders";
- Select the option: "Choose folders";
- Now choose the folder you want to upload to the Atlas;
- Finish by confirming the action by clicking: "Import".
- Now just wait for the upload and your agenda will be created with all the chosen files.
COMMENTS:
- The agenda title will always be the title of the document folder but you can change it by clicking on the pencil next to the title.
- You cannot drag knowledge base folders to other folders.
