NEWS! To ensure greater security and compliance when sending attachments directly to the Portal, it is now possible for external guests to request the addition of files within the agenda. To do this, follow the steps below:
Select the agenda item for which you wish to make the request.
- Go to the "Attachments" tab.
- In the bottom left corner, locate the option "Request Documents"
- Enter the name, e-mail, and phone number of the guest you wish to request file submission from.
- Click on "Add"
- A confirmation screen will appear; click on the "Send Request" option in the upper left corner.
- Done! The guest will receive the request via e-mail with the option to submit the documents.
