Have you ever thought about logging into Atlas and having the entire year's calendar in the palm of your hand?
Now you can create and schedule all recurring meetings on a board at once, to centralize the entire calendar for the year in one place, facilitating your routine and ensuring the engagement of your users.
To carry out this process, perform the following steps:
- Go to “Home”, “Boards” or “Meetings” section;
- Click on the blue “+” next to “Previous meetings”;
- Choose the date, time and duration of your meeting;
- After that, click on “Create recurrence” and select how it will be: weekly, monthly, every day of the week or if you prefer a personalized option;
- Once you select your option, make the necessary edits regarding when your recurrence will be repeated;
- Next, define the number of recurrences you want to create and check the dates on which they will be created;
- After that, press the “Continue” and “Next” button;
- Confirm the chosen dates and days, and click “Confirm”;
- Enter the title, place and/or video conference of your meeting;
- Select the participants and enable the “Send invitation to participants” field;
- To finish, click “Create” and “Confirm”.
Ready! Your recurring meeting has been created successfully! 😊
Important: The maximum number of recurrences available is 52.
If the recurrence does not follow a fixed pattern of day, time and duration, it is recommended to create individual meetings. know how
