When attaching a document to the agenda, we need to be aware that some types of documents cannot be included in the Bluebook.
The Bluebook, when generated, is like a PDF document, so it is necessary to convert the documents to PDF as well, making them compatible so that only one document compiled from the meeting information is formed.
Nowadays, we would have 3 main types of files that are not possible to convert to PDF, making it impossible to view through the Bluebook, being:
Videos - They cannot be included due to the impossibility of reproduction when accessing the document in PDF, because it is a reading document.
Zipped files – They cannot be included due to the impossibility for the portal to access the documents contained in the file, since they are compressed, they are not in their original format, needing to extract the documents before previewing them.
Excel sheets – It is not possible to include, in view of the number of cells generated through Excel, which are infinite, so it is impossible to insert them into the PDF file.
Below we can see an example of an agenda item in which we have documents that cannot be inserted in the Bluebook:
Seeing the "Allow Download" option, we can convert the file to a protected PDF, implying that this document can now be converted, and also provides the option to "Include in Bluebook"!
Solution:
-Please change the file format to PDF before inserting it into the agenda items.
-Check in the agenda item if the document is available to be inserted in the Bluebook and converted to a secure PDF.
