The Scratch & Highlight is a tool that makes it possible to interact in the Bluebook of the meeting, including annotations on the pages that are necessary. It is important to remember that these notes are private.
NOTE: Remembering that each user has their own Bluebook, so notes are private by default. To use this feature, it’s very simple, do the following:
Access the Bluebook of the meeting you want to take notes on (If you want to download it, check the step-by-step instructions here)
You will find the following options:
- Zoom Tools:
Option to zoom out, zoom in and define a specific zoom. -
Little hand:
This option allows you to move from one page to another by clicking on the Bluebook. -
Page highlights:
You can make highlights, free drawings and comments of different colors, opacity and thickness. -
Text highlights:
This tool will allow you to copy, highlight, underline and cross out text. -
Notes:
Here you will find the comments, markings and highlights made, which can be edited or deleted and responded to.
To find your notes more quickly, at the top you will have the options to sort and filter.
NEW FEATURE: It is now possible to notify a user that this action has been completed. To do so, follow these steps: -
Click on the annotation made;

In the bottom right corner, select the sharing option;

A screen will appear with the list of users; choose the users you wish to notify;

The selected user will be notified by email.
