How to write on the Bluebook with the Scratch and Highlight tools? [APP]

Scratch & Highlight is a tool that allows you to interact with the meeting's Bluebook, inserting notes on the necessary pages. Remembering that these annotations are private by default. To use this feature, it’s very simple, do the following:

Once it appears on the screen, there will be 4 icons at the bottom of your screen. They are, in order:

• Green Cursor - use the cursor to select the annotations you make and to remove them, if necessary.
• Highlighter - use this option when you want to underline parts of the text.
• Pen - that option is to write in the pages, we recommend using the pen for Tablet/ iPad.
• Notepad - that option gives you the possibility to make annotations on parts of the text, you will be able to create several annotations text boxes over the course of the pages.
