With the aim of data transparency and traceability of information within the platform, we have the functionality of recording activities on the meeting page, for greater visualization of activities for the organizers.
In the activity log, it is possible to view all the actions performed within the meeting.
Users who view:
• Content of agendas;
• Announcements;
• Meeting Actions
• Voting
And the specific activities of the meeting organizers, such as:
• Creation of the meeting and agendas;
• Publication of minutes;
• Electronic signature request;
• Meeting data update.
To find the activity log, just follow the process below:
• Access the meeting;
• Identify the bluebook icon in the right corner of the meeting. If you want to check the step by step on how to access the Bluebook, click here.
• Click on the clock icon next to the bluebook;
• Select the activities tab.
