How to create a form from another that already exists?

It is possible to create a form based on another existing form. With this, you can have a “Model Form”, where others can follow that pattern.

To create the survey based on another, follow the steps below:

• In the Forms tab, click on the “Duplicate Form” icon, which is under the “Number of Responses” option, when you hover over it;
• Select the “Board” to which you want this new form to be linked;
• Select the people who will answer the survey;
• Click on “Create”

Done, the new form has been created! 😊
