The respondents will be the users who will answer the survey, contributing to an accurate data collection for the company’s decision-making based on the responses.
To add new respondents to the form, follow the steps below:
- Choose the form you want to add more respondents to;
- Click on the green “+” next to the “Respondents” field;
- To add:
- Type the user’s name and select it;
- Then click on “Save”;
- To remove:
- Type the user’s name and deselect it;
- Then select the “Save” button.
(Remembering that only form owners can add or remove respondents).
