You can assign an external guest as responsible for an agenda item in a meeting.
How to add a guest as responsible:
Access the desired meeting.
In the upper corner of the screen, click on the three-dot icon (⋮).
Select the option “Create agenda item”.
1 Set the name of the agenda item and the duration.
2 In the “Responsible” field, click and select the option “Add guest”.
3 Fill in the guest’s name and email address.
4 Click on “Add” to complete the process.
Important
Only the meeting title will be displayed in the invitation sent to the guest.
If the guest is recurring, it is possible to save their information for reuse in future meetings.
