How to use Agenda Wizard

important : Exclusive · Legacy Plan

Before you start

To get the best results, make sure your organization's AI Cortex is set up, with:

  • Corporate profile filled in (industry, headquarters, competitors);

  • Governance documents inserted (bylaws, board regulations, previous minutes);

  • Applicable legislation reviewed.

Here you can see how to set it up: AI Cortex | Atlas V3

💡 The more complete the AI Cortex, the more accurate the generated agenda will be.

Step by step

1. Access Agenda Wizard

2. Configure the agenda parameters

  • Define the period of the agenda (e.g., calendar year or management year);

  • Select the board/committee for which the agenda will be generated;

  • Confirm the recurring meetings (ordinary meetings, committees, and other periodic meetings).

3. Generate the agenda proposal

  • Click Generate agenda;

  • The AI analyzes the organization's context and suggests:

  • Strategic and regulatory agenda items relevant to your board;

  • The distribution of topics throughout the year, respecting recurring meetings and the right timing for each item.

4. Review and adjust

The generated agenda is a proposal ready for review — nothing is applied without your validation. You can:

  • Edit the topics of the suggested meetings;

  • Reorder or move agenda items between months;

  • Add or delete meetings;

  • Adjust dates and recurring meetings as needed by the board.

5. Organize agenda items in the Agenda Bank and create the schedule

After reviewing and adjusting the agenda items (previous step), the platform will display the Agenda Bank screen — the planning's agenda item bank. There you can:

  • Add agenda items manually: click the "+" next to Agenda Bank and choose "New agenda item" or "Import agendas";

  • Organize items into meetings: in the Meetings panel, drag agenda items into meetings, adjusting dates and duration (the screen shows the average meeting duration to help keep meetings balanced);

  • Use the supporting tools:

    • Suggest allocation — the AI suggests how to distribute agenda items across meetings;

    • Undo planning — undoes the organization you performed;

    • New meeting — creates a new meeting in the planning;

  • Filter by category: use the filters at the top (Compliance, Governance, Strategy, Finance, Risk, etc.) to locate specific agenda items.

Once the organization is complete, click "Create meeting schedule" (top right corner) to create the board's meeting schedule.

In a nutshell

AgendaWizard eliminates manual planning in spreadsheets: the AI uses your organization's real context to suggest strategic agenda items, distribute them throughout the year, and structure recurring meetings — delivering, in minutes, an annual agenda proposal ready for review and final adjustments, directly within Atlas Gov.

What you gain:

  • ⏱️ Time — annual agenda built automatically, with no need to gather and cross-reference information from scratch;

  • 🎯 Confidence — agenda items come from the existing context (documents, legislation, history), and nothing is applied without your review;

  • 📊 Organization — centralized, structured planning on the platform, with no dependency on spreadsheets and improvised processes.
