How does AI Cortex relate to the Smart Minutes, Insights, and Agenda Wizard features?
AI Cortex functions as the company’s knowledge base, bringing together corporate documents, legislation, and market data. It provides the essential context for Smart Minutes, Insights, and Agenda Wizard to operate in a highly personalized way.
As a result, all generated outputs, such as Insights outputs, are based on the organization’s actual intelligence, ensuring that responses are accurate and fully aligned with the company’s reality.

Who can configure AI Cortex in the organization?
Configuration is available only to workspace owners. Regular users cannot configure or manage AI Cortex. During onboarding, activation must be carried out by an owner, typically someone from the governance team.
What does AI automatically fill in based on the company’s website?
When the company’s website is provided, Atlas AI pre-populates the corporate profile with the company description, industry, and competitors. Based on the country and headquarters city provided, it also suggests the legislation applicable to the organization. Information identified by AI is marked with the “Atlas AI found” tag, and all fields remain editable for review.
Does AI Cortex identify applicable legislation automatically?
Yes. Based on the company’s country and headquarters city, Atlas AI automatically identifies applicable legislation, such as corporate laws and consumer protection codes. Users can review the information found, manually add legal documents, and remove items that do not apply to the organization.
Can actions performed in AI Cortex be audited?
Yes. The Activity tab in each category includes a timeline with records of uploads, deletions, queries, resynchronizations, and edits to the provided information. In addition, every addition and deletion is recorded in the platform’s audit trail, supporting compliance and governance requirements.
How do permissions work for accessing indexed content?
AI Cortex uses two complementary mechanisms. First, the documents displayed respect the existing permissions of the linked boards and groups. This means that no one gains access to a document they could not previously view. Second, in Step 3 of the configuration, the owner defines which boards can access the indexed information in each category, providing granular control over the distribution of the context.
