With this context, Atlas’s artificial intelligence tools can better understand the company’s reality and generate more accurate, personalized responses, minutes, and analyses aligned with its needs, instead of providing generic content.
How it works
1. The governance team uploads the organization’s key documents and company profile to the AI Cortex.
2. The AI indexes and learns the organization’s rules, culture, and applicable legislation.
3. From then on, all Atlas AI tools — Smart Minutes, Insights, and Agenda Wizard — consult the AI Cortex before generating any response or document.
What you can find in the AI Cortex
Corporate profile: Industry, headquarters, and competitors. When you provide the company’s website, Atlas AI automatically pre-populates this information. These fields are identified with the “Atlas AI found” tag and can always be edited.
Governance documents: Articles of association, bylaws, and previous meeting minutes that provide context for the AI.
Applicable legislation: Industry-specific laws and regulations automatically identified based on the country and headquarters location. You can review the results, manually add legal documents, and remove anything that does not apply.
Template Manager: Registration and management of the minute templates used by Smart Minutes.
How to configure it
⚠️ Important: Configuration is available only to **workspace owners**. Regular users, meaning those without owner permissions, cannot access or manage the AI Cortex. Activation must be carried out by an owner, typically someone from the governance team.
1. Step 1 — Company context: Enter the information manually or allow Atlas AI to extract it from the organization’s website.
2. Step 2 — Documents: Upload governance documents and applicable legislation.
3. Step 3 — Permissions: Review what Atlas will have access to and define which boards can access each category of information.
Security and audit
The documents displayed respect the existing permissions of the associated boards and groups. No one gains access to a document they could not previously access.
The Activity tab in each category contains a complete timeline of uploads, deletions, queries, resynchronizations, and edits.
Every addition and deletion is also recorded in the platform’s audit trail.
