Atlas Insights is the artificial intelligence tool of the Atlas Governance platform. It was developed to assist board members, committee members, and governance teams in interpreting documents, identifying risks, generating summaries, and supporting decision-making with greater speed and security.
🚪 How to access and activate Atlas Prompt?
Where to find it:
Log in to the Atlas portal with your username and password.
Go to the “Meetings” menu and select the desired meeting.
Inside the meeting, locate the “Prompt” tab or button (usually found in the top bar or on the right side of the screen).
How to enable it:
If the Insights button is not visible, check with your organization’s governance team to see if the feature is enabled for your profile.
Administrators can activate the Insights from the meeting panel, within the artificial intelligence settings.
