Atlas AI is an additional feature that transcribes, summarizes, and analyzes meetings held via Microsoft Teams, helping to automatically record decisions, discussions, and next steps.
đź”§ Prerequisites to Use Atlas AI
- Has your company purchased the feature?
- Check if Atlas AI has been acquired (it is an add-on).
- Is the feature enabled in the Administration panel?
- Go to: Profile picture > Administration > "Main" Tab > Other Settings
- Enable the “Enable Atlas AI” option.
- Is it integrated with Microsoft Teams?
- Go to: Profile picture > Settings > Integrations
- Enable the “Microsoft Teams” option.
đź“… How to Use During the Meeting
- Create the meeting in Atlas with the “Microsoft Teams” videoconference type.
→ If the prerequisites are met, the Atlas AI status will show as “Enabled”. - During the meeting:
- Atlas AI will request to join the call → you need to admit it manually.
- It will start recording and transcribing automatically.
- It will leave the meeting if:
- It is manually expelled; or
- After 3 minutes without sound, when everyone leaves the room.
📌 After the Meeting: Using the Atlas AI Button
Available when the meeting status is “Ready” or “Meeting Held”.
By clicking, you will see 3 main sections:
đź§ 1. Overview
- Atlas AI generates two versions of the Overview:
- A summarized version
- A detailed version
- You can switch between them using the toggle button at the top right of the Overview area.
- With the update, it is also possible to edit the Overview text directly for customizations, corrections, or adjustments.
- Summaries are divided by themes with the following topics:
- Context: What was said about the topic
- Discussion: Comments from participants
- Decision: What was decided
- Agreed actions: Next steps
đź“‹ Available Options:
- Copy to clipboard (copy icon)
- Add directly to the Minutes (only available if the minutes have not been published yet)
📝 Transcription
- Complete text of everything said during the meeting.
- Can be copied to the clipboard.
âś… 2. Suggested Actions
Based on the conversation, Atlas AI suggests tasks with responsible parties and deadlines.

- Create action (green "+" icon)
- Delete action (trash icon)
- Copy action title (copy icon 📋) → New feature added!
📊 3. Insights
Shows the percentage of speaking time for each participant during the meeting.
Example:
- Participant A → 40%
- Participant B → 60%
⚠️ How to Disable Atlas AI for a Meeting
- With the meeting in “Agenda Definition”:
- Click “Edit”
- Disable the option “Transcribe recording with Atlas AI”
- Alternatively, do not use Microsoft Teams (a mandatory requirement for using Atlas AI).
Note:
If you do not want Atlas AI to transcribe your meetings:
- With the meeting in the "Agenda definition" status:
- Click "Edit";
- Find the "Transcribe recording with Atlas AI" switch and disable it;
- Create meetings without using Microsoft Teams (the feature is exclusively for use with Microsoft Teams).
