Follow these steps to create a poll:
- Access the meeting where you want to create the poll.
- Click on "+" and select "Polls."
- Choose the type of poll:
- Approval: Predefined options like "Yes," "No," and "Abstain."
- Custom: Allows the organizer to create specific voting options.
- Select the voting members.
- Decide if the votes will be open or secret and if you want to notify participants.
- NEW: In the poll settings, you can enable or disable the poll’s availability, allowing you to control when it will be accessible to voters.
- Click "OK" and enter the poll title.
- Set the voting deadline and finish.
NOTE: If you disabled the poll (step 6) and need to edit it, follow these steps:
- Access the poll.
- In "Poll View," enable the poll in the toggle.
