It is possible to disable the approval token for electronic signatures in Atlas. Despite removing this authentication factor, security is not affected, as there is already an authentication factor to log in to the Portal.
In this way, the signature process becomes more practical if there are many signatures to be carried out.
(NOTE: Deactivation is only possible for Atlas signers. For external signers, the authentication step is mandatory and necessary.)
To disable the Token, simply:
- Click on your photo in the upper right corner
- Go to "Administration"
- Leave the "Main" field selected
- Scroll down until you find the "Disable token for electronic signatures" switch
- Enable the button " Disable token for electronic signatures"
- Click on "Save Changes"
