The option to import folders into the meeting agenda is extremely helpful when adding a large number of files under a single meeting topic.
To complete this import, please follow these steps:
• Click on the three dots located in the upper corner of the screen within the meeting.
• Select the option: “Import Agendas.”
• In the tab that opens, click on the option “Import Folders.”
• Select the folder from your computer and click “Add.”
• Wait for the upload to finish, and your agenda will be created with all the selected files included.
NOTES:
• The agenda title will always correspond to the name of the document folder; however, you may edit it by clicking the pencil icon next to the title.
• It is not possible to drag folders from the knowledge base into other folders.
