Available question types (Forms)

Written by Matheus de Melo Barbosa

When creating a form, choose the most appropriate response type for each question. Currently, the platform provides three formats:

The Forms feature offers different types of questions to structure information collection efficiently.

With options such as open-ended responses, multiple choice, and rating, it is possible to tailor the form according to the purpose of the survey and the type of analysis desired.

These formats allow you to obtain more accurate and organized responses, making it easier to interpret the results.

Examples of use:

  • Use open-ended responses to collect suggestions or detailed opinions.

  • Apply multiple choice to standardize responses on specific topics.

  • Use rating to evaluate levels of satisfaction, performance, or priorities.

  • After finishing the survey setup by selecting the number of sections and response types needed, simply click on the three dots in the upper right corner and select “Send”, and that’s it! (Note: If there are incomplete responses or unanswered questions, it will not be possible to send it. If an error appears, please check these points.)

  • Just confirm the submission so that all respondents receive an email notification informing them of the pending task to be completed.
