To view the minutes of the meeting you have two options:
- View the standard version available after publishing;
- View the signed version through the “Signatures Summary”.
(At the end of the article, there will be a video showing the two processes)
To do the 1st option, just:
- Access the meeting in which the Minutes are located;
- Click on “View Minutes” or on the name of the document located in the "Minutes” field.
To do the 2nd option, just:
- Access the meeting in which the Minutes are located;
- Click on “Signatures Summary” located in the “Minutes” field;
- In the upper right corner of the screen, select “Document versions”;
- Choose “Signed version”.

Important: When inserting a protected PDF with signatures, all signatures will be removed in the Portal view.
