You can now comment and reply to comments on announcements received through Atlas directly in your browser.
This feature is available for automatic announcements (such as meeting invitations and minute publications) as well as for manual announcements sent by your company.
Who can comment?
If you have access to the announcement, you can also comment.
There are two types of permissions:
User with access to the announcement:
Can comment and reply to active comments;
Can delete their own comments.
Announcement owner:
Can comment, delete, and restore any comment;
Can recover deleted comments (a trash bin icon will appear if there are hidden comments).
How to comment on an announcement (Web):
Access the desired announcement;
Scroll to the bottom of the page;
Click on “Reply” to start a new comment or respond to someone;
Write your message;
Click “Send”.
How to delete a comment:
If it’s your comment, or if you are the owner of the announcement, a trash bin icon will appear next to the date/time of the comment. Simply click it to remove the comment.
What else you need to know:
It’s not possible to attach files to announcement comments;
All interactions (comments, deletions, and restorations) are logged in the audit trail;
Notifications follow the standard announcement format: email and inbox;
Works with both automatic announcements (invitations, minutes) and manual announcements (created directly).
