Understanding the governance module

The Governance module is where users can monitor: actions, resolutions and minutes in an organized manner in a single place. To access, click on “Governance” in the menu on the left side of the Portal.

In the module, it is possible to:

• View, access and create actions, resolutions and minutes
• Check the status of each content
• Exclusively for the “Minutes” field, it is also possible to download a book of minutes.

IMPORTANT: the “Governance” field will only show the content to which you have access.

You will find the “Was this article helpful?” field just below, just click on the option you want: Yes or No.
