For both actions we follow the same path:
- Access the meeting you want to take or give permission to view from a board member;
- Click the key icon below the meeting title;
- Remove or select who you want to restrict or make viewing the content available to;
- People without permission will not be able to access the meeting and those with permission will be able to.
Reminder: Only the owners of a meeting can allow or disallow access to the content by board members, whoever is selected in the green key can view it and whoever is not cannot access that meeting.
