Scratch & Highlight is a tool that enables interaction within the meeting’s Bluebook, allowing you to highlight important sections and add annotations to the pages as needed.
NOTE: Please remember that each user has their own Bluebook; therefore, annotations are private by default.
To use this feature, simply follow the steps below:
Access the Bluebook of the meeting in which you wish to make annotations. You will find the following options:
Zoom tools: Option to zoom out, zoom in, and set a specific zoom level.
Hand tool: This option allows you to move from one page to another by clicking on the Bluebook.
Page highlights: You can create highlights, freehand drawings, and comments in different colors, opacity levels, and thicknesses.
Text highlights: This tool allows you to copy, highlight, underline, and strike through the text.
Annotations: Here you will find the comments, markings, and highlights made, which can be edited, deleted, or replied to. To locate annotations more quickly, the options to sort and filter are available at the top.
