How to consult documents in the Knowledge Base?

Written by Matheus de Melo Barbosa

The Knowledge Base is the place where the company’s more static documents are shared, such as historical records from previous years, regulatory documents, among others.

To access it, follow the steps below:

  • Click on “Knowledge Base”: In the left side menu.

  • Select the Board/Project: Choose the Board or Project you wish to view.

On this screen, you will see some folders, including Board folders, project folders, and company folders. Below is a brief example of what each of these folders contains:

  • Meeting Materials: Content attached to meetings held on the portal, including agenda items, votes, and meeting actions.

  • Meeting Minutes: Record of all minutes published from meetings held on the portal.

  • Board Actions: All attachments that have been added to any action within your Board or Project.

    Important

  • The Meeting Materials, Meeting Minutes, and Board Actions folders are automatically created by the system. It will not be possible for users to make edits or add new documents directly to them.

  • When uploading a protected PDF with signatures, all signatures will be removed in the Portal preview.
