The voting process in Atlas was designed to ensure practicality and security in decision-making. Users can cast their votes easily and, when necessary, undo them, provided that the voting is still in progress.
How to cast your vote:
Access the vote through one of the following ways:
Click on the link received by email.
Or access the “Inbox” option in the side menu, select the desired vote by filtering for deliberations, or use the search by the name of the deliberation.
View the available voting options.
Select the desired option.
How to undo your vote
Click on the meeting linked to the deliberation.
Scroll down the screen until you locate the deliberation.
Click on “Undo vote”, available on the right side.
Important
The vote can only be undone while the voting status is “Awaiting votes”.
If the voting has already been finalized, it will not be possible to undo the vote.
When a vote is undone, this action will be recorded in the Poll Report.
