How to remove the viewing permission of a voting?

To remove voting view permissions, follow the steps below:

1. Click on the meeting to which the vote is linked;
2. Scroll down and then click on the vote;
3. Click on the “Green key” that appears just below the item to be deliberated;
4. Deselect the user who will not be able to view this vote;
5. Click “Save” and for that user, it will be as if the vote does not exist. They will not have access to any content linked to it.

Important:

• Upon finalizing a vote in a meeting, any owner can reopen it.
• If you have disabled the "Voting available" option, click on "Voting view" to enable the voting again.
