How to cancel a voting?

To cancel a vote, follow these steps:

1. Click on the vote you want to cancel;
2. Scroll down and click on “Cancel poll”;
3. Justify the reason for the cancellation and click “Confirm”.

Important:

• Only the owners of the vote can cancel it.
• All voting members will receive an email informing them of the cancellation and the reason.
• When a vote is canceled, it remains visible within the meeting for historical purposes.
