How to massively download board reports?

The “Download Report” function located in the “Boards” tab helps us to collect the data recorded on the boards in bulk, as if it were the “Export Data” option or even the “Board Backup” that we already have, however, we can generate a report of the Boards we want all at once.

To carry out this process is super easy, just follow the steps below:

• Click on “Boards” in the left side menu of the screen;
• Select the “Report download” option, which is found below the “Search” bar;
• Choose the boards from which you wish to collect the information to include in the report;
• Check the box, confirming that you are aware of downloading the information contained in the boards, assuming responsibility for the protection of the data;
• Click on “Report generate”.

Important: You must be the “Owner” of the boards if you wish to select them for data extraction.

Done! We have the unified Board report that was generated in moments 😊
