The Atlas filters assist in monitoring the project's progress accurately and effectively, allowing you to filter actions by status, responsible, or specific creator you wish to view. Below, understand each of the available filters:
Action Status:
These are the action progress statuses. By using the status filter, you can track at which stage each of the pending tasks is. We suggest keeping this field updated for an accurate view of the current status of your project.
- Pending – Actions that have not yet started
- In Progress – Actions that have been started but not yet completed
- Under Review – Actions that are still pending approval or rejection by the reviewer
- Completed – Actions completed by the Responsible or Creator
To apply filters, simply click on "Filters" in the top right corner of the screen, and then select the white checkboxes for the filters you would like to view.
Responsible:
Every action requires a responsible, even if it's an action that will be carried out by a group of people. This person is responsible for updating the status of this action when necessary.
To filter, simply click on the white checkbox next to the desired user.
Note: If the user is not responsible for any action, they will not appear in the filter area. If you wish, you can check here the step-by-step guide to remove or add owners in a project!
Creator:
This is the user who created the action and defined what needs to be done, the deadline, and its responsible. The creator can also be the responsible for the action.
To filter by actions created by a specific person, click on the white checkboxes next to the creator users you wish to filter.
