Define the signing order of your documents

Written by Matheus de Melo Barbosa

To ensure greater control and compliance in approval processes, it is essential to establish an appropriate signing order. In many cases, certain responsible parties, such as legal representatives or leadership positions, must review and sign the document before others. With this in mind, Atlas allows you to define a signature sequence, ensuring that each stage of the process occurs in an organized, secure manner and at the appropriate time.

How to define the signing order

  1. After publishing the minutes, click on “Request signature”

  2. Select the type of signature: electronic or digital

  3. Add all required signatories.

  4. Enable the option “Enable signatory ordering”, located in the lower left corner.

  5. Click on “Next”.

  6. Confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

  7. Arrange the sequence in which the signatories must sign the document.

  8. Click on “Request”.

    Important considerations

    • The finalized document will be available for download as soon as all signatures have been completed.

    • Each participant will only be able to sign when their turn arrives.

⚠️ If the first signatory has not yet completed their signature, the next individuals on the list will not be able to proceed with the process.
