Governance Function

The Governance function is essential for managing Actions, Deliberations, and Minutes on the platform. This module provides a clear overview of the status of activities, allowing you to efficiently monitor decisions and pending actions.

To access the Governance module, follow these steps:

  • Main Menu: On the left side of the screen, locate the Main Menu.

  • Workspace: Click on Governance, which is listed among the available options.

  • Module View: After selecting it, you will see the Governance module interface, where you can access the Actions, Deliberations, and Minutes sections.

    Actions

    In the Actions tab, you can view items classified by status, such as pending, in progress, under review, and completed. Use the available filters, such as Fiscal Council, Responsible, and Period, to facilitate the search and tracking of activities.

    Deliberations

    The Deliberations section allows you to track deliberations in different statuses, including “Awaiting my vote” and “Finalized.” Filters by Fiscal Council and Period help organize and display the relevant deliberations.
