The delay in shipping is usually due to the delay some operators may experience. In that case, you can do the following:
1º: Request the token again
2º: If you still do not receive it, request it by voice or by WhatsApp (options available just below the space to enter the token).
If you do not receive the token by voice or by WhatsApp contact our CS team, either through online chat or by e-mail suporte@atlasgov.com
